REALIZATION OF THE PROJECT

Once all the necessary information has been obtained, it is time to start projecting.

To carry out the project it is necessary to use the imagination and try to visualize the space. The original idea of the design will be expressed in several freehand drawings; When sufficiently mature, will give rise to the plans of the project. The plans are to scale and will help to verify the operation and viability of the project.

The purpose of this step is to analyze, review and mature the project effectively obtaining the final plans and budgets to present to the client.

Each of these drawings should illustrate a step or aspect of the design:

1. Current state plant

You must make a plant of the current state that shows how the space is at the initial moment. Whether it has been measured at the customer's home or if the latter provided a sketched sketch, it will have to be cleaned and drawn in plan and scale.

2.  Zone plant

Each zone must have a minimum recommended space depending on the use it has. It is necessary to have a schematic floor of the house where the different reception, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, dressing room, bedroom, living room and dining room are located.

3. Reformed state plan

Once you have the plant of the current state and the scheme of the different zones, it is time to do the distribution of space. You must choose for each element the most appropriate site both for its use and for the measures necessary for its use.

When this distribution is made, it is necessary to take into account the materials and furniture that will be used in each zone. Finally, it is important to talk to the various technicians to know what to keep in mind regarding electricity, structure and more, and the problems that may arise.

All this will be reflected in the plant of the reformed state. This plan will show the pipeline and the structure that will exist after the reform.

The decorator must structure the space and make the necessary divisions.

4. Choice of finishes

Once the space has been distributed, the materials are chosen. For this you have to count on the tastes of the customer and the effect that you want to achieve. The materials must be suitable to the different areas and meet the needs of the client.

It is ideal to have samples that can then be taught to the client.

5. Choice and distribution of furniture

Then the exact distribution of the furniture and the different elements must be chosen. When you define the most appropriate solution, it will be drawn clean. This is called the "distribution plant".

6. Elaboration of the budget

Once the distribution plant has been cleaned, the space and materials are defined, the budget is prepared.

To do this you have to ask for the quote of the different suppliers.

The more defined the project, the more accurate the budget, which will avoid surprises that may incur additional costs or setbacks with the customer.

With all the data the final budget for the client is made.

7. Elevations and Perspectives

In addition to the plants just mentioned, within the interior design usually include the elevations and perspectives that represent the project in a more intuitive way and next to the one that will be perceived physically.

These renders help to obtain the best understanding of the project by the client and the professionals.

8. Project presentation meeting and subsequent modifications

Here are presented the BOARD (plans organized with samples of finishes and furniture). It is important how the project and budget are presented once finished.

Possibly some rectification must be done before getting the client's approval, but it is very important to properly define the project.

9. Building plans and building details

When everything is already defined and the approval of the client, it is the moment to realize the different plans of installations and to draw the necessary constructive details. In this way, once the spaces, the materials and the furniture have been defined and the different drawings and budgets have been made, the work of the decoration project has finished.

This method of work allows to mature the idea and define the project; Following these steps you get a clear, clean and attractive presentation for the client.
